Processing Time

As many of our products are handmade and personalized, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped.

During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is included with your shipping method, tracking details will also be provided.

Croatia: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Andoria Creations has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the product and its packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
